About
Meet Karen Rico, one of the many American women who walked away from the corporate grind in search of something more real. After years in tech sales and what Forbes calls the Millennial Career Crisis, Karen made a choice: connection over climbing, purpose over performance. That choice became Ordered Living Co.
"As a Virgo, organization isn't just my job or something I've learned - it's just how my brain works. I notice the details most people miss and I won't stop until everything has a place and a purpose."
Karen is also ADHD — which means she knows firsthand what it feels like when your brain craves calm and your environment isn't giving it to you. The clutter you see on the outside is almost always the clutter you feel on the inside. After years of career burnout and crippling anxiety, she finally found work that feels like breathing, and now she gets to create that same exhale for her clients.

The biggest factors that affect time are the size of the space and how much decluttering needs to happen before organizing can begin.
Your free walkthrough consultation is where we'll assess your specific space and give you a realistic time estimate before you commit to anything.

It's a relaxed, no pressure 30 minute visit where I walk through your space, take measurements and photos, and get a feel for what you need.
We'll also order materials together and schedule your organizing appointment on the spot.

Organizing is billed at $80 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Materials are billed separately.
We'll go over estimated costs during your walkthrough so there are no surprises.
A $320 deposit (4 hr min) is required to secure your appointment and remaining hours are billed at the end of the project.
