Every project starts with a complimentary 30 minute consultation in your home to assess your space, take measurements, order materials, and provide a cost estimate, so there are zero surprises before we get started.

A seamless transition into your new home. We unpack, organize, and set up your space so everything has a place from day one. No living out of boxes, no chaotic first weeks. From kitchen and pantry setup to closets and home offices, your new home feels finished from the moment you walk in.

Seasonal touch ups to keep your systems working exactly as designed. Reserved exclusively for existing Ordered Living clients, billed at the standard hourly rate.
Investment
Our labor rate is $80/hr. At your consultation, we'll walk through your space and give you a flat-rate quote based on how long we expect your project to take.
That quote is your final labor price. If your project takes us longer than we estimated, there's no extra charge. That's on us, not you. Organizing materials are billed separately, and you'll approve them before anything is ordered.

2) Ordered Living’s founder, Karen Rico, visits your home to:
Assess the space
Measure shelves for bins and materials
Order organizing materials
Provide project costs + timeline
Schedule your project dates
Project dates are secured with a $320 retainer

Your contract will be sent out for e-signatures within 24 hours after your consultation.

Ordered Living will prep organizing materials ahead of time to maximize efficiency while organizing in your home.
Remove labels and wipe off sticky residue
Hand wash pantry containers and jars
Build drawer dividers and any other materials that need assembling
Note: Not all projects require new materials to be purchased. Part of the consultation is to see what organizing materials you already have and can be used for your reset.

1) Categorize
Pull everything out and start sorting, grouping, and decluttering
2) Fill The Bins, Unlabeled
Note: starting with the bins unlabeled gives the building process flexibility, since categories may get reshuffled as the space comes together in the next step.
3) Arrange The Bins For Cohesion
Place bins on shelves for cohesion: matching color, height, and direction until the space looks intentional and beautiful
4) Label The Bins
Once the space is fully transformed, label the bins. This locks in their permanent home.

1-7 day resets: final invoices are due upon project completion
Multi-week resets: invoices are paid on a bi-weekly basis throughout project duration
Payment variants:
If more organizing materials are purchased after the initial order has been placed during the consultation, additional material costs will be added to your final invoice.
Labor and design fees won’t change from the initial quotes provided at consultations.
Please Note: Ordered Living accepts a limited number of projects each month to give every client full attention.
